Recipe pork chops and potatoes in mustard and lemon sauce

Just cooked some pork chops and potatoes in a mustard and lemon sauce.I wanted a quick meal so I cooked the chops first in my pressure cooker untill tender. Then I added 3 heaped table spoons of mustard, juice of 1 lemon and a tsp of dry oregano. salt and pepper to taste. cooked for a further 7 mins and the result was delicious!

2 large pork chops

3 large potatoes
3 table spoons wholegrain mustard

juice of 1 lemon

1 tsp of dry oregano

olive oil 4 table spoons
1/2 cup water

salt and pepper to taste
